The Challenge
RegExpress operated with minimal online visibility — no dedicated site, no SEO, no Google Maps presence. Clients came only through referrals, while competition gained ground on Google for searches like 'parcel transport Italy' or 'courier Romania Sicily'.
The Solution
Built a complete site with 39 SEO pages — dedicated pages per service (parcels, passengers, car platform, B2B groupage), per destination (Rome, Calabria, Sicily, Malta) and landing pages per city (Bucharest, Iași, Cluj, Suceava + 6 others). Multi-location GMB setup (Suceava + Rome live). Complete technical SEO: Schema.org, unique meta tags, FAQ structured data, unique content per landing.
