The Challenge
RO-UK courier companies managed orders via phone, WhatsApp and spreadsheets. Dispatch worked on paper, with no route visibility. Clients had no tracking. Each company needed the same tools, but none could afford custom software.
The Solution
I built a complete multi-tenant SaaS platform: orders from 3 sources (manual, API, WhatsApp AI agent with Claude Haiku), dispatch with live map, Google Maps optimized routing with 25+ stops, turn-by-turn navigation for drivers, brandable public tracking per company, financial system with settlements and receivables, external API with documentation, plus super admin with impersonation and audit log. All isolated per organization, with 274+ automated tests.
